Greg Dillon has spent over four decades shaping the property loss and restoration industry—never settling for the status quo and always guided by one principle: build what the industry needs, then improve it. Today, he is recognized as the leading T&M Subject Matter Expert, advocating for transparency and fairness across the field.

From his early days as a subcontractor to leading one of the nation’s largest restoration firms, Greg’s career covers every level of the industry. He became a licensed general contractor for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He owned his own full-service restoration company and served as the COO of one of the largest national restoration firms with offices across the USA. He also obtained his property adjuster license and has acted as a consultant on several large, complex commercial losses.

In 1989, while working on Hurricane Hugo recovery efforts, Greg created his first T&M billing process—on a legal pad. That solution evolved into T&M Pro, which became North America’s most widely adopted T&M platform before its acquisition by Sedgwick in 2019. Greg remained in senior leadership until 2025, promoting fair billing practices and transparency throughout.

Many assumed he would retire after leaving Sedgwick. Instead, Greg chose to build again—this time with the freedom and technology to complete the vision he started decades ago.
